What are the odds?
Exceedingly small, beyond what you think is possible.
But to categorically claim this is NOT a coincidence, you would have to also claim that coincidences do NOT happen.
fyi, I'm a poker play (NLTH). Have been for quite some time now. If you are a serious poker player, you are always dealing with odds and statistics, probability.

Although odds on, extremely unlikely, the context and history of Ostrovsky do not make the presented scenario (he happened to be at both places) out of the question.
And if he actually happened to be, by accident, at these two incidents, even if the likelihood of him being in both places at these incidents is low, it does not rule out the possibility that the Bondi incident was orchestrated/planned by higher up puppet masters (take your pick: Bankers, Masonics, Vatican, The Mossad).
BUT, if he's going to actually get shot, its pretty darn risky. (Plan went wrong?) And, as for the fake A.I. bullsh*t about him being a crisis actor aside, maybe he was positioned there and actually did get shot.
But its still a leap to think that the level of coincidence is proof of any kind that he was involved in the planning or operation.
Keep digging, ask questions, but don't jump to conclusions simply because they taste too juicy.
Fwiw, the guy apparently moved to Australia in 1987 out of the Soviet Union. (True? What can any of us really know?) But if true, then he has plenty of reason to be at an important Jewish Community event at Bondi in Sydney. (apparently, if information is real, then he lived in Sydney before and was planning to more back there.

A word of reflection: a lot of people in the world are instruments of evil people above them, while believing that what they are doing is actually legitimate and worthy. The fact that he's deeply embedded (True? How can we really know?) in the Pro-Israeli advocacy and legal universe doesn't necessarily mean that he's dirty or an intel operative. And evil 'Israel' has been very good at selling its narratives to the world, let alone their own people.
