I think Sam Tripoli described the “intelligence agencies” perfectly.

He says MI5, CIA, Mossad etc are just local franchises of an organised international crime syndicate. CIA can’t operate in America, fine sub it out to MI5. MI5 can’t operate in UK, fine, submit out to CIA.

And mossad can operate wherever they want.
