To be fair, the sign does explicitly make an exception for warrants.
I'm torn on this one. Obviously fuck leftoidism, in MN and everywhere, and deport all illegal aliens, but also private property rights are no joke and I think all government agents should be strictly beholden to the law because it's incumbent upon a free people to exercise and preserve their freedom. "The price of liberty is eternal vigilance" and all that.
Something tells me this shop isn't doing this out of principle, though, and is just virtue signaling that they don't like big meanie orange man taking away their cheap foreign labor I MEAN undocumented persons with hopes and dreams and thoughts and feelings and wants and needs and rap sheets 2 miles long.
Law enforcement would only enter for a law enforcement purpose with probable cause or a warrant anyway so it’s a pointless sign. They don’t need a warrant if they have reason to suspect an illegal is there. A warrant would only be used to search the premises for documents/evidence/etc., not to chase down a suspected invader they have reason to believe is inside.
If it’s a public establishment then they cannot discriminate who can enter. The same applies to following someone on public roads. Public Trumps private when it comes down to a business I think.

It’s a weightless suggestion unless it contains the ordinance etc that backs it.

Correct. If a Somali decides to run in there and were being pursued, ICE would have the right to pursue due to conducting an active imvestigation.
