John the baptist is the only record of a baby having holy spirit upon it in the womb. Not as we have it now born with in. But upon. Even Jesus didnt Have that and John baptized Jesus when he was 30 amd God said this is my Son in whom I am well pleased.

Jesus is the Incarnate Second Person of the Most Blessed Trinity, equal to God the Father and God the Holy Spirit. He does not "need" the Holy Spirit as John did to be sanctified in the womb. He as God is the Source of all sanctity.
