I had no idea weight loss could be so fast. If I hadn't experienced it myself, I wouldn't believe fast numbers. Lol. Today I was 176, ahead of schedule by 2lbs. That's 29 lbs in five weeks. Not everyone is the same, but I am just in shock that a tiny little fasting regimen was all I needed besides clean food. My dad is a doctor and says my diet of five eggs for breakfast (cooked in bacon fat) and lunch 16oz steak, and one or two little snacks is very unhealthy. Lol 😂 I've been trying to tell him he's been lied to, but he spent 50 years in a career that indoctrinated him. In any event, my wife send me this on November 16th, exactly 29lbs ago. It works for anyone else struggling.
