I've reported this before, but I'll say it again. Many years ago, when my children were young, I was enrolled in a notification system that would let you know when a sexual crime criminal was let out of jail/prison and living within a certain number of miles of my house. Whether it was rape or child molesting, almost all were hispanic. How many were illegal, I don't know, but there is something about hispanic culture that seems to breed sex criminals.
