I’m pretty sure Eko is a he. For one thing his avatar is a guy. But above that I’ve seen some of his replies on X that he lifts weights and drives a motorcycle. Might be a way to redirect us, but he also gives h/t to Tore now and then.
No idea... not 100% positive, but "eko's" repeated linking to tore says resources seems odd unless there's a connection...as there were plenty of other sources that could have been linked to get the job done otherwise...
