Exactly. And Trump knows how to wield power. Everyone is looking to Congress for a fix to the health insurance price increases. Trump is having the insurance companies come to him. He will make a deal with them that they can’t refuse. Problem solved. He will get Congress to do the easy part. And enshrine the whole package into law. Pieces and parts first and then the whole thing later; probably after the midterms.

There is no leadership in Congress. It is like trying to herd a bunch of cats. Trump is simply supplying the leadership that was lacking.
