Whenever I hear a self-described Christian attack Mormons for their "false doctrines" I just smell a steaming pile of hypocrisy and get annoyed. You people are great at picking enemies, and ganging up, but watching all of you from difference sects speak to each other so authoritatively and with such disdain and condescension when you would be hard pressed to find that even half the people in any given thread on this forum agree with the doctrinal sticking points you act like are so critical...it's just pathetic if you ask me. On this level, so many of your are grotesquely pathetic and closed minded and yet somehow you find yourselves here regardless. It's a marvel to me that you can be so incredibly brilliant in some ways and so fucking retarded in others.
Keep banging that drum though. I'll keep laughing at your obvious and pathetic hypocrisy. Keep posting Mormon art and Mormon quotes unawares. It makes me laugh.

Whoooa hold up fren. I try to go at false doctrines in all religions/denominations, while also trying to hold to the good parts of whatโs there.
This approach includes Baptists, Presbyterians, even Islam.
I also try hard not to hold that I have the grasp on Truth, cause I donโt. I am simply aware of a lot of things that seem false, and have suspicions on whatโs more likely true on some of those things.
About the only group you wonโt hear me pointing out their good side is the Episcopalians.
Sorry, but not sorry on that one. The British royalty has gotta go.
Iโm not sure what part of โWonderful people, though.โ gives you the idea that I have any disdain for Mormons. Theyโre simply wrong on a lot of doctrine, but they get a lot of works right.
Would it be better for someone to have good doctrine and terrible works? I rather suspect not, though neither one is hitting the mark.
All the same, as I noted initially, Iโm not sure why the insistence on dragging them into this.
