Saving your people in another country

This is exactly what President Putin did by invading Ukraine. The corrupt and psychotic Ukrainian government ordered the Ukrainian military to shoot Ukrainian missiles at eastern Ukraine. These Ukrainian missiles killed Ukrainians holding Ukrainian passports and living on Ukrainian land.
