Oh, make them non-citizens and send them home as multi-zillionaires? Strip them of every asset, flog them, then ship them home to beg in the streets there. Warn them that if they show up back here that the flogging will be doubled. Deadbeats don't like discomfort.
How about imprisoning them in El Salvador, or Antartica?
NO!! Shipping them back to their country is punishment. No American needs to spend ANY MORE TAXPAYER DOLLARS FOR THEIR FOOD & BOARD!
