I watched all the way through this yesterday. It's a big deal.

The 42 minute footage is pretty simple and straight forward. He lays out the background, with David, who has been researching the fraud for years. Then they simply go and visit the locations.

Childcare centers

Adultcare centers

Autism centers

All serviced by a massive fleet of Non-Emergency medical transportation businesses, about which 800 out of 1020 are Somali-run.

No kids, no adults, nothing at the sites.

It's staggering. The picture is of a state-level organized crime network, aided and abetted by the government of Minnesota.

There are two factors here that are worth noting:

One, Nick Shirley is a citizen journalist, aka a digital soldier, doing grassroots investigatory work. The content is simple, straight forward, and undeniable.

Two, the corruption and fraud is so utterly massive - on the level of a whole state - that if Americans do not wake up from this, nothing will wake them.

The work shows that citizens and digital soldiers are where the real information now comes from. It's another death knell for the mainstream 'news' organizations.
