Killing that many people in a government has the unfortunate tendency to start wars.
Maybe something like the first five minutes of the movie "Air Force 1" might be a good idea. if Putin sent in special forces to get that troublemaker out and put him in prison -- would anyone really blame him?
Does Russia even have special forces? I assume they do...

Russia would be justified in cutting Zelenski's support from under him.
Don't target HIS residence, but instead pick his top 10 cabinet members and retaliate.
