After hearing about this all week I finally watched my first video of his tonight, and it was drastically better than I anticipated.

This is clearly not just some random person creating this, it’s a very well put together effort (White Hat?) to educate the public, conveniently released right on time when the decades-long manipulation of silver is reaching the boiling point.
