Technically it was created by a Black Pan-African extremist who hated White People. Part of the whole idea of Pan-Africanism and stuff that was real big among the more violent/virulently Anti-White groups in the Cold War.

Didn’t really take off like they wanted it to. It’s only really still a thing. Because White People walk on eggshells around Minorities.
