Many years ago I had a good friend who knew some of them. He told me they would do a dog and pony show on Capitol Hill with the Democrats, acting like they were bitter enemies, and then they would go out to dinner together after work. It's not even controlled opposition at this point. it's the appearance of opposition to use people's own hope against them to keep the scam going. All one big monster.
I've lived and worked in DC for 20+ years and know first hand this is the norm.
It's mostly just posturing for the benefit of the voters. Sure, there are some who actually despise the opposition, but for the most part they're all really just co-workers when you think about it.
The vast majority of stuff you see in campaign ads and speeches and X posts and the like are all manufactured outrage. They don't care. They do it for the votes. They're all playing the same game and know what the rules are. It's no different than seeing people from different sports teams out partying together after a game where some of them were literally beating the shit out of the other (hockey, for instance).
Decades ago I heard the campaign managers from both parties being interviewed on the radio, after a bitter campaign. It was clear that they were actually good friends. It made me feel like a chump for even getting involved.

Law of the sea. "Thy merchants were the great men of the earth."
Correct and the Zionists aka Pharisees
Edomites. Don't let political correctness let these people off the hook.
