They should use a portion of the recovered assets and money for bounties. Trust me if some Somalian teenager knows his uncle runs a fake daycare he'll snitch for 100k dollars to go start a new life. Neighbors will call when they find out they're collecting federal funds to run home health care and aren't etc.
