And, the focus is mainly on AI infra, which, by the same token, can be used for different objectives ... dual purpose ....
So, in essence, what these chaps are worried about, is the use of the fractional reserve banking system AGAINST their position, as they are not part of the financing scheme.
But, while there will be questions about the path ... something may be playing a role, which has not been taken into account: asset valuations: especially decentralized crypto assets.
