Please realize that banning pesticides and herbicides that harm the environment is NOT the same as questioning the "Green Agenda", although some pro chemical lobbyists will use that as political influence. There are other ways to control insects, there are other ways to farm, there are other ways to get a good bounty from the land without poisoning our soil and water table. I want to see a Constitutional amendment rendering all anti indemnification laws null and void with the sole exception of Good Samaritan laws.
Add a section to it clearly stating companies shall not be held accountable for actions taken by individuals with their products.
The latter section seems to be required because activists and courts are completely devoid of common sense.
