I don't understand.

You can be thrown out of the service for Conduct Unbecoming.

Why aren't these people immediately removed from Congress upon conviction? I mean, 11 million dollars, right? Tell me how that's NOT a felony.

You forgot that Congress makes up the rules that they have to comply with. That is the reason insider trading is essentially legal for them. They also passed a law to prevent FBI from conducting sting operations against them. They are just one big pack of low-life criminals. I bet only 10% of them are decent and honest people.
