Somalian Daycare Fraud, Where is this all leading?

Pretty good explaination of what might happen with our taxes due to this Somalian theft.
How will this affect our IRA's? Before we stop paying taxes should we not drain our retirement accounts?
I've been watching the AI Asian guy on YT and others. After 50+ years I'm finally seeing the difference between fiat currency and holding physical gols/silver. With gold you can trade it for whatever that days price is. With ITAs held in a retirement account means you are holding a piece of paper that says you have x amount of dollars in a bank somewhere. If the bank goes tits up can you go knock on the front door of the bank and ask for all your retirement funds? Nope, because no one will be in the bank to open the door for you. Nor will there be anyone sitting behind a desk so you can ask for your retirement funds. All you are holding is an IOU that the bank says it will pay when you ask for it. If there is no bank there is no IOU. I encourage you to do some research on retirement accounts. Plus, even if your bank fails and the IOU is bought by another bank, that new bank will probably fail, too. Qs plan is to eliminate all of the big banks. Once they are gone I dont know what he plans to do with IRAs. Check into that, also. Cashing out IRAs today and purchasing gold or silver seems to be a good investment until you figure out that once the price doubles and you sell the gold, then you will receive cash or digital chits. If we are going to get rid of fiat currency then having a pocket full of cash doesnt seem like a good idea. Maybe President Trump's new currency will be a patch for that conundrum.
Please take my words about IRAs with a grain of salt. Do your own research and think long and hard about what to do with your own personal wealth. If you cannot physically hold an asset do you really own it? Do you own a dot and dash on a computer screen? Peace out and God bless.
Thanks for your reply, and it all makes sense to me. But I think the same can happen to the folks that invest in gold ira's .. unless you can get your hands on physical gold and silver that would make the difference. And in a stock market crash or some other calamity, the dollar or even physical gold is no good unless you can barter with it. Im thinking in the collapse we will be fighting to protect our property and lives and physical gold or silver won't be worth shit.
A bar of gold is about as tasty as a can of beanie weenies. You are correct about the scenario of fighting happening. What good will a pile of gold do you? Not much, but a stock pile of beans and rice will be wonderful when your belly is empty.
