I live far away and can only pray for a hedge of protection between her and a dangerous person trying to terrorize her into having a heart attack. Ominous threats against her dog as well.

I was studying laying of hands/healing, and i came across St Michael, as the particular saint to heal headaches.
I tried it - laying my hands on someone and saying his name: I said:
And it worked.

Visualize a white/silver 'egg' around the person - like a force-field.
Don't pray to anyone but to the Father through Jesus.

AGREED! Prayers should be directed to Our Father in heaven, through Jesus our Christ. An appropriate prayer may be to pray that He sends the Archangel Michael to intervene on our behalf.
Even the Angels (messengers) in the OT told those that they were sent to, that they were NOT to worshiped
Best not to pray 'Send me Michael' but instead pray... Please intervene in this, and if it YOUR WILL please send Michael, or whatever path you choose to remedy this.
REMEMBER: Michael was tasked to be the prince of His Chosen people. Refocus on Our Father, and let Him send His heavenly hosts to surround you.
'Lord Our Father, we are in a time on need. Please send your heavenly Army to surround and protect us from the evil that is at our doorstep.'

May your family member become immune and unpeturbed by attempts to injure her wellbeing.
May any person attempting to injure your family member find peace so that they no longer feel the need to do it.

Pray as you are led moment by moment via the Holy Spirit, who may use these written guides but need not. We are doing the same.
What is her rough geo area?
When you are not there, ask for, and trust for, the wisdom in her decisionmaking and yours and her local support. Be in communication with whomever might be local support, even if it's the church down the block who doesn't know her. They will download the instructions they need. It's not in your hands. Take care of those who are local to you, and take care of this person to the degree the Lord leads. When you have peace that you've prayed it through, work other aspects of Christian living keeping the situation on a back burner until you sense it's time to pray for her again in more detail.
Add: Don't spend a minute right now focusing on frequencies or hypnosis. It's not about method, it's about surrender to reality in the person of God. He has plans and we are to do our part, not jumping the gun or getting distracted.
