They did the crime and did their time. Unfortunately there were many antifa instigators that have done zero time for their crimes with January 6th which is the disparity of justice.
Do you think any Antifa were swept up with the rest of the Jan 6. protestors? I was a little bothered that President Trump pardoned all of them, even the ones who were clearly violent and attacking police officers.
I suspect the reason why it took so long was because they had to do a lot of vetting and separate the agitators from those actually there to protest.
But if there is an ongoing sting or investigation still happening you can not bring charges until there is enough evidence. So, right now it is a very complex situation and we do not have enough information.
