Minnesota’s economy is going to nosedive. The economy depended on that fraud. I'm sure stores, restaurants, housing, car dealerships, etc... all grew dependant on that slime money. If you remove the fraud, then audit to ensure no future fraud... the economy of Minneapolis will crumble.
