Why can't there be two concurrent scenarios here that Trump is working. One to thwart the globalists and the other to actually remove a dictator that was part of transnational criminal money laundering and terrorist activities. Both were knee capped. Trump is in control of what's left of Maduro's team because most of them also have criminal warrants that can be executed at any time if they do not cooperate. At the same time, Trump keeps the globalists from pulling off their own stunt. Trump is operating levels ahead of them. In one move he is clearing several players off the board.
