Mel Gibson just posted last week about how italian bread wasnt making him fat because it is not poisoned with GMO and doused with pesticides. Have seen that said many times in recent years.
Bread itself is seemingly not the problem (but meat still better) - but frankenfoods with mass chemicals in and on it certainly are.
Where does he get his Italian bread?
He is actually in Italy right now or at least he was when he put out his recent video about Italian bread and pasta. We have an Italian grocery store in our area. We can get pasta and flour from Italy.
He was on vacation in Italy
