Keeping dual citizens out of power would be a great start. The problem with policing dual-ideology is it starts to get into policing thought crime territory.
Yeah well........I think that there would be "clear signs" of support for a foreign nation that would be enough to justify their exile. Such as anyone professing love publicly for another nation....immediate disqualifier for life, and then some!
The problem is the dual-ideology must be purged. Eliminating the second citizenship will not change their ideals.
You don't need to eliminate the second citizenship. Let them keep it and kick them out of power.
But then someone else could still hold bias with one citizenship too.
