What?
No dude; LOL: that plane flys ALL the time.
I’m fairly certain that it shadows POTUS anywhere & everywhere he goes, but always at a separate airfield.
Is this a tweet you are quoting?
Between yours & the OP; these guys are either wording this horribly, or are flat incorrect & don’t know a single damn thing about National Security & the role these aircraft play.
Not bagging on you; just confused with the post you quoted & what’s in the OP…
These planes are ALWAYS spotted….
Nope, even that I is pretty common. There are thousands of YouTube videos showing it take off & land and everything else imaginable, including tours of certain areas of the inside:

I'm a plane geek who likes to look at AFB's in satellite view (interesting to see differences between Google & apple imagery, ages, etc) and I can pretty much always see this aircraft either at home on the tarmac at Offutt AFB, NE, or getting depot maintenance / overhaul somewhere in Texas. It's readily available / visible.
All that said, I bet (hope) what everyone means is it's this aircraft's first time into LAX..... but IDK......😇🙏🏻🫡
Extremely dangerous:
The US presidential "Doomsday Plane" has been spotted flying for the first time in its 51 years of service. It flew after the 9/11 attacks.
This aircraft is a fully integrated command center, capable of withstanding the worst imaginable events, including a nuclear explosion. ☢️

I know it flys all the time. I think they mean seeing it land, and catching it on video.
