no, but misreporting is a crime.
if they do it, they run the risk of flagging themselves. as criminals.
And breaking into our country is a crime but that didn't stop them.
But, if they are here illlegally AND they commit a crime, then there is all the more reason to find them.
The crime part is a much easier list to navigate, IMO.
