I’ve heard portable mortgages are in the works. At 2.75% nobody wants to trade up for even the same priced home at 6.5% but if you were to be allowed to KEEP the loan and transfer it to the new house it may get people out of their starter shitbox. Mine is too but we chose to put money into improving it rather than move.
