Food vs Poison - A comprehensive explanation of why seed oils are bad and how they damage our bodies
I've often read that they're bad. But I hadn't come across good explanations to share. This article covers it well. Hope it helps some people.

Is avocado oil considered a seed oil?
No, it's extracted from the fruit not the seed. According to this article, it would be among the less harmful of vegetable oils.
Thanks!
Avocado, olive & coconut oils are from the fruit not the seeds. Double check the avocado and olive oil brands. Especially olive, most is a blend with canola oil. Tallow, butter and ghee are good as well. I’m not convinced most butter in the grocery store is 100% butter. I mainly eat butter & might try ghee. My daughter fried French fries in ghee & they were the best I’ve ever had. I don’t usually eat potatoes, it was a treat for me.
