That explains why the NC State Patrol did nothing when I called in a maniac riding bumpers, passing on right, and going 20 mph over the speed limit. He had his companies name(hispanic) written with a Sharpie or something like that. I called from West Asheville on I-40 heading west. There's a State Patrol office in Clyde which is 25-30 miles in that direction. No one was waiting. No one followed up. I guess the dims want us to start shooting them.
