Indeed, DJT's style has always been to sit down with his enemies.
Look at North Korea as an example. Bush W & Obama used that country as a CIA-run boogeyman for years by isolating them and using fear to advance domestic agendas when convenient.
DJT clearly views that international order and tranquility can be created by the ONE thing that unites nearly every group and culture: Mutually beneficial business and trade agreements.
Everyone wants money. Everyone wants prosperity. Maintain a dominant military to limit the possibility of someone doing something stupid, then you engage and bring the bad actor into the international fold by allowing them to have skin in the game.
He's doing it with Syria right now, something that I'm sure the Israel government and London bankers are not happy about. They'd much prefer that Syria be kept in reserve as a potential hot spot / conflict zone. But DJT is getting ahead of them and normalizing relations and trade.
It's sad that there are so few non-Leftist political commentators that understand geo-politics and international trade. If we did, the larger MAGA community might realize that we're seeing a continuation from Trump's first term of some of the most deft foreign policy in the modern history of our Republic.

Truly! Well said.
