That bullhorn can do permanent damage, assault. Defense justified.
It was HURTING and inflicting physical pain to the guy having that idiot with that blowhorn following him around with it even hitting against his head a few times as the guy was constantly trying to MOVE away from it. I dont blame him one bit for defending himself first for the blowhorn then for the mob that tried to gang up on him.

Bullhorns are dangerous devices, and are regulated in many states due to decible inconsistencies, and abuse like this.
Similar to spitting or even blowing smoke at someone is legally assault as they are āextensions of the bodyā and so to would be this sound weapon.
