I put nascent iodine in a small amount of water and drink it. Be sure to read the label. Many sellers call it nascent but the ingredients say potassium iodide, its not the same.
I use distilled water and I'm at 8 drops now. I slowly reached 8 drops after starting out at 1 drop about 8 months ago. So far no side effects and I'm feeling much better now.
