The most important laws that need to be struck down by the Supreme Court, indeed the only law, is the law that criminalizes open carry/concealed carry.
If the legal system isn't protecting people, then its time to go MILITARY
and the first good step was Trump designating Antifa as a foreign terrorist organization. And the reason there is no domestic terrorism designation is because they don't have one.
Now they need to work on creating an outline for designating a group as "Domestic terrorism", and they have to be necessarily VERY LIMITED in SCOPE and VERY SPECIFIC, because we the people have rights, and the libertarians (like rand paul, thomas massie, tea partiers) are going to go nuts
