I speculated in an earlier post that the U.S. military had somehow obtained a device that causes Havana Syndrome and used it during the taking of Maduro, based on reports from Venezuelan troops account of the raid - this might come in handy for crowd control in Minneapolis,

It would be ironic if Cuba is asshoe and does not mind President Trump's good advice and ends up getting a similar syndrome used on them that happened to Americans while in Cuba ("Big mystery")

We have way better stuff. I think our government might have been scammed. I think that the device was built right into the structure. But I would need more information to know for sure. Most countries don’t need that kind of stuff because they go straight to lethal.
I would bet that the new ballroom has built in protections we can't even fathom.
Or the portion demolished houses the device, hence them going into overdrive trying to stop the work.
