Ter Apel is a small village with 2000 asylum seekers are spending the night and days here with a lot of demands, a lot of harassment, mass-immigration has totally destroyed the peace and quiet these people used to live with. They now live behind lock and key.
As far as I know ... there are no open-air camps at all. And if so, it is only for one night at best, but not in winter. I also note that the car in the image does not sport a Dutch license plate (yellow) but a white one. COuld be a German car ..... The leafs are still on the trees, and one guy is walking in shorts ....
