Carney's Record as PM: Behind the Curtain of Pretty Words

While we're all under the trance of the fancy words written by Carney's speechwriter, it's a good moment to pause and reflect on the actual actions he has taken as Prime Minister—and the results they've yielded for Canadians.

Since His Inauguration on March 9, 2025:

• Food bank usage rose from 2.06 million to 2.17 million visits per month — an all-time high
• Food costs jumped from $16,578 to $17,572 annually for a family of four
• Unemployment increased from 6.7% to 6.8%, despite federal hiring masking deeper losses
  • Federal jobs increased by 4,000 — meaning true unemployment could exceed 7% without the artificial bump
• GDP growth fell from 2.0% to 1.5%, including a -0.5% contraction in Q2 2025
• Parliament sat for only 94 days in 2025 — the lowest number since 2002, far below the usual 120–130 days

And It Doesn’t Stop There:

• Homelessness in Ontario rose from 79,000 to 85,000, with nearly 2,000 encampments
• Carbon tax was hiked from $80/tonne to $95/tonne, raising costs on gas, groceries, and heating
• Immigration surged past 1 million in 12 months, pushing Canada's population over 41 million and overwhelming housing and services

Pretty words from a committee's pen — while our great nation continues to collapse, to the roar of applause.

As much as it sucks to be going through this, I still believe that Carney is Canada's Biden. You have to show people how bad it can get before they wake the f**k up.

And, for all the people who say that Canadians voted for this, I refer you to the admission that Venezuela meddled in the elections of over 70 countries. I have no doubt that Carney, and Turdoo before him, was installed by such election shenanigans. I don't think Canada has had an honest election in at least 20 years and, likely, much longer than that.
