If I had to do a quick recommendation I would say one dropper full of foreign protein cleanse morning and night in a tall glass of water for 5 days and 2-4 drops of each bottle of the MMS/CDS solution (waiting 1 to 2 hours before the water is added) morning and night for 2 to three days.
