That they "couldn't find an attorney to take the case" should have been an indication of just how ludicrous their claim is. (But, that may be irrelevant to them if they're trying to cash in on the poor guy's death[?])
What's really telling about how messed-up they/the family is, is that their 6-years-older son (30) has the same delusion/illness and also still lives at home with them. Batting 1000. (Note: Patterns can be informative.)
