It looks as if he was waving a gun around and pointing it at people and the agents tried for several seconds to disarm him. Spraying pepper spray at him was part of that.

👌👌The Consensus seems to be that if he didnt want to die, he should have stayed home and watched TV, instead of going and interfering in a Lawful operation whilst being armed....Its that simple if its got nothing to do with you......
