The mother should not have opened the door and should have called family and neighbours, all armed.

She should personally sue everyone involved, clerks, judges, doctors, these clipboard Karen’s, everyone. This is a RICO conspiracy to kidnap and force a medical procedure on a defenceless child, against the wishes of the child’s guardian.
Good points. The emotional and financial investment involving a big lawsuit is HUGE. I know. IMO, one thing she can maybe do is hound the woman in red with a lawsuit if she can find a willing lawyer. But where do you find a good and brave judge?
BTW, while there is a big focus on Karens, in all fairness, based on what I see both online and in my personal life, there are at least as many Davids. I'm freaking surrounded by them at times. Several of them told me recently that they don't care that they are being tracked online by anyone! They play their golf, strum their guitars, and put up little twinkling lights for their wives, totally clueless to the serious situation humanity is in. I can hardly stand to be around them.
My wife doesn't bring those types to my house anymore. She goes for coffee or lunch with them instead. I will (and have) embarrass her, or make a scene, or put up a Trump flag, or pour a big glass of Scotch - just depends on how much I despise them. Wife needs to understand that not all ladies from her church group are the same. Some are on the wrong side of everything, incessantly gossip, and have zero self-awareness. They are the ones that all sit together in the front row at church, all volunteer together for breakfasts, and gossip the whole time about everyone else (including the pastor).
They all grew up together in this small town, and to them everyone that chose to move here (rather than just being born in this town) are inferior. I find those people dishonest, sad, and fake.
