If they're here illegally they're criminals Tim.

$2000 and a plane ticket home, with chance to come back legally sounds like a good deal Tim, why aren't you recommending this non-violent path that monetarily rewards them for doing the right thing Tim?

Is it because then they couldn't vote or keep the fraud going Tim?
