I don't think communists will be running Cuba much longer. It's too dependent on Venezuela to keep what little is left up and running.
Assuming Iran falls (which has been a communist state disguised as a theocracy since the 70s), the only country they can flee to is North Korea. However, NK's borders are closed and they wouldn't give a fuck if a bunch of useless eaters cry racism.
Brazil might take them since that place is run by a wannabe "socialist Democrat" (though I think his days are numbered as I've seen that Brazil fucking hates that scumbag).
China wants nothing to do with pasty white liberals.
