Number 2 he has to know shorts never closed and a reported SI of 18% or 21% isn't remotely realistic, especially given the fraud that happens by the second in the market.

IMO, the biggest purpose of the MOASS to drain the cabal wealth at the most inopportune moment for them.
Looks like this moment might be imminent.

Two things I disagree with him on:

Re item 2: I’d think he has to say it that way - legally - not positive, but thinking anything contrary might open litigation.
