CONTEXT: ALL OF DHS is unconstitutional (and NaZi Org), including ICE. However, they are conducting Constitutional Article IV, Section 4 action of border enforcement and repelling invasion (actually DoW's job). It is the right action by an unconstitutional administrative agency that should not exist. They need to all be deputized as law enforcement (directly to President or DoW) if they have not been already, and then moved out from under DHS to be lawful, imo. SCOTUS may force this action at some point. If a state fails to repel an invasion or assists, then it it DoW's responsibility Constitutionally to enforce Article IV Section 4, not DHS's.
