The man got to point-blank range but didn't spray, (or did he?), with no adverse results. and then moved away, walking backwards only to be instantly and easily contained. Why use spray? No real damage, no ballistic evidence, and no injury to bystanders. Was anyone injured by the spray. Hell no. Where was her security, standing down as told?
