All I can say is, when they do it they had better make sure she's dead. Evil villains have a way of popping back up in the most alarming ways to do mayhem just when everyone thought the movie was over.

Anyway, I suspect she was already dealt with after they drugged her and chucked her into that SUV like a side of beef. She "came back" a whole head shorter. I think now they will quietly "kill" her and Bill off like they did the Queen of England who was already long gone when they made the announcement.
