There is a vehicle repair tax in there somewhere. That's disgusting and regressive. I know folks who are barely making ends meet only to find out their car needs a new transmission or some other costly repair. It hurts the working class and poor the most. And if you go black market you have no recourse if someone screws up the repair. VA Democrats should be ashamed of this.
